On June 29th 2012 Columbus was hit again, but this time by a wind storm with speeds in excess of 80 mph. The already hail damaged houses now have blown off shingles, siding, and anything not tied down was blown away. Since the spring, the insurance companies have been writing checks all year for contractors to repair the damage. I'm putting together a team to go into these neighborhoods, pass out flyers, and find homeowners who haven’t had their house inspected for storm damage yet. I can tell you this, if they live in Columbus, they have storm damage. Sometimes it takes a trained eye to spot it out. When you find someone willing to allow me to take a look and perform an inspection, I point out the damage, sign them up, assist the homeowner with reporting the damage to their insurance company, and schedule an insurance adjuster to meet at the house and to show him the damage I found. Once we agree on the damage and cost to repair it, he or she will write a check for the repairs; sometimes on the spot.

Average projects are between $4,500 - $16,000
That's $450 - $1,600 for each homeowner you can get to allow me to inspect their house for storm damage. Work as much or little as you like. Make your own hours.
